Full-time Program Manager with vision and creativity needed to manage our 7-12 interactive educational technology programs to prepare students for college, employment and internships. Manager will coach, develop and supervise the staff and design, develop, assess and administer the programs.
Job duties Research or identify project based curriculum. Oversee the development, implementation and evaluation of workshops and activities (web, graphics, programming, video, digital photography, ceramics, landscape design, art and compose music, etc) for post-secondary education and employment. Oversee enrollment, retention and outside relationships as well as the facility, administrative systems, database, contract compliance, budget, funding, reporting. Position supervises recruits and assesses staff, interacts with parents, schools, community, and ensures a positive respectful supportive atmosphere.

Qualified candidates must have a BA/BS, M.A. preferred; a minimum of 5-7 years related experience, with specialization in working with urban youth, including classroom instruction and classroom management and a minimum of 5 years supervisory experience; experience in instructional leadership; experience in curriculum development preferred; program development and assessment; budget management; excellent organization, verbal, written & interpersonal skills, and strong computer skills.
