This position provides professional individual, family, and group counseling services. Ensures clinical and treatment services are implemented and oversees ongoing progress of treatment; ensures that such treatment services are consistent with best practices, and accepted mental health treatment processes. Coordinates with Behavioral Health Associates, Site Supervisor, Case Managers, families, and other team members to ensure effective treatment of clients. Demonstrates awareness and application of: developmental theory, family dynamics, parent training, psychopathology, mental illness, family dynamics and behavioral principles.
