The Los Angeles Arboretum Foundation Administration is seeking a qualified candidate for the position of CEO Assistant.
This position requires an energetic person with a positive disposition and strong administrative skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for CEOs correspondence including but not limited to scheduling meetings and acting as Board of Trustees liaison
Completion of reports, spreadsheets, notices and similar documents requiring accuracy or independent judgment in selecting materials
Complex charts, forms, statistical and similar documents from rough draft requiring skill in arranging tabular material
Process documents; checks documents for completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Position Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years office administration; strong communication and organizational skills
Lnowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, Word Perfect, Lotus Suites, MS Excel and MS Outlook
Ability to type at the rate of 40 net words per minute
andidate must have the ability to work with minimum supervision be a self starter, a team player and enjoy working with people
This position is full time, 40 hours per week Monday thru Friday.
Full time benefits include sick, vacation, personal and holiday pay and health, vision and dental benefits. Salary is paid DOE. Position reports directly to the CEO.
