The Masons of California currently has a position open for an experienced Community Partnership Manager.
The Community Partnership Manager will design, implement and evaluate initiatives which mobilize energy, create excitement and generate results that promote civic engagement for the Masons of California. The Community Partnership Manager is a social entrepreneur with extensive fundraising experience, strong organizational skills and a passion for the mission and values of the Masons of California.
Essential Functions: Partnering and Fundraising o Key player for fundraising efforts, using experience to prospect, cultivate and solicit support. o Develop strategic relationships, identify opportunities, and follow through on leads. Program Management and Organization o Develop and manage a number of community-based programs. Vision, attention to detail, budget awareness, negotiation and time management skills are important. Relationship Building and Volunteer Management o Identify and work with local leaders in a community, creating meaningful, lasting relationships. Presentation/Communication o In conjunction with communications team, promote and publicize successful programs, gifts and activities of our Foundation, lodges and members. o Make presentations, supervise and attend receptions and ceremonies. Some travel required.
Qualifications: 10+ years relevant experience in public benefit environment; including extensive fundraising and program management experience Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution or any combination of education and experience providing knowledge and skills listed Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to build relationships and partnerships Strong writing, verbal and presentation skills Effective organization skills along with the ability to track and manage multiple projects, budgets, and relationships Proficiency in the use of Microsoft products, including Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
