Under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) the Director, Quality Management/Risk Management, is responsible for overseeing the Agency’s Quality Management/ Risk Management Program, to include e.g. the Agency’s Health Plan, the Risk Management Plan, the Improving Organization Performance Plan, The Joint Commission Ambulatory Care and Patient Centered Medical Home Accreditations, Program Audits, Professional Credentialing and Privileging, Clinical Performance Improvement and activities, QM/RM data collection, and analysis, and other QM/RM related projects
