The San Francisco Museum and Historical Society (SFMHS) is looking for an Accountant. This job is a permanent part-time position for someone seeking a steady 16-21 hours of work per week. Responsibilities are for all accounting functions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, bank reconcilements, deposits, month end financial statements, annual budgets and special projects for this not for profit history organization located in the Old Mint building in San Francisco.
Candidates must have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role, understand not for profit accounting and have excellent knowledge and application of QuickBooks and Excel.
