Major Opportunity for an Outgoing, Determined and Proven Fundraiser! San Francisco State University is looking for an Assistant Director of Development for the College of Liberal and Creative Arts. The Assistant Director works under the supervision of the college’s two Development Directors. The incumbent will be responsible for cultivating relationships with potential donors, and securing gifts of $5,000 or more. The Assistant Director also supports the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute and other specialized fundraising initiatives.
Qualifications: The ideal candidate has a Baccalaureate Degree. He or she will have at least two years of experience in fundraising. Extensive knowledge of Bay Area cultural and non-profit communities encouraged. Preference will be given to candidates who have a demonstrated history of securing gifts of scale.
