State Legislative Counsel


Americans United for Separation of Church and State seeks an attorney to join its policy team. The attorney will devise strategies and execute advocacy campaigns to achieve legislative goals at the state level; coordinate with departments, chapters, and AU members to advance/defeat legislation in accordance with organizational priorities; work with state legislators and other elected officials to prepare and deliver testimony; and research and draft legislative memoranda on bills and proposed administrative rules.
