Great Opportunity for a Skilled Fundraiser!

San Francisco State University is looking for an Associate Director of Development for the College of Health and Social Sciences. Reporting to the Senior Director of Development, the associate director will be charged with cultivating strong donor relationships and soliciting major gifts. The incumbent will be responsible for articulating and furthering the dedicated philanthropic mission of the College to a wide variety of organizations and individual donors.

Qualifications: The ideal candidate has a Baccalaureate Degree. He or she will have at least five years of experience in fundraising. Fluent knowledge of Bay Area cultural and non-profit communities with a focus on public service and health programs related to Health and Human Services highly encouraged. Preference will be given to candidates who have a demonstrated history of securing gifts of scale.
