Major and Planned Giving Officer

We are currently looking to hire a Major and Planned Giving Officer to join our Development and Alumni Programs team. The Major and Planned Giving Officer is responsible for the continued growth of existing and prospective major and planned gift relationships; the development, cultivation, and solicitation of prospects and donors; and the delivery of the planned giving program.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a proven track record of closing significant gifts from a variety of sources and two years of fund raising, alumni relations, donor relations or similar work experience, particularly in higher education.
The Evergreen State College Foundation has recently received $1.25m from the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation to build the college's capacity to raise funds and engage alumni. This position will play an important role in the expansion of the college's work with donors and alumni during this exciting period of growth.

Salary Range: $3,891 to $4,475 per month FT + excellent benefits
