We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced fundraiser for our market. This position will be responsible for driving fundraising growth through fundraising events and cultivating high income donors.
Primary Responsibilities Include: . Setting and meeting aggressive fundraising goals. . Cultivating corporate partnerships, securing sponsorships and individual donations, and cross selling other fundraising campaigns in collaboration with other fundraisers. . Cultivating, recruiting and coaching executive level committee members and volunteers. . Developing a pipeline for new volunteers and sponsorships.
Required Experience: BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and experience. Ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior professional fundraising experience. Must have a successful track record of meeting and exceeding revenue goals and expectations. Must have demonstrated success with negotiation and motivation skills. Position requires proficiency with Word/Excel/Powerpoint.
