HORIZON THEATRE COMPANY, a 29-year old, mid-sized contemporary theatre committed to commissioning, development and production of new work in Atlanta, seeks an experienced, collaborative professional for senior managerial leadership position. Position will work closely with the CEO/Founder to implement the theatre's vision and business strategies and be responsible for day-to-day management of administrative staff, volunteers, board, and operations. Experience required in: hiring, managing, developing and motivating staff, board members and volunteers; planning and managing projects; creating and maintaining systems; budgeting and financial management; fundraising; and marketing.
