The Asia Foundation seeks two Program Finance Associates to work in our San Francisco, CA office. Each Program Finance Associate will prepare and review proposal budgets, award documents, project financial management forecasts, invoice, and financial reports. In addition, each Program Finance Associate will prepare external financial statement and A-133 audit schedules and requests. The Program Finance Associates will perform project and task setup and monitoring in Deltek CostPoint for all projects and awards. Each Program Finance Associate will ensure that the Foundation’s policies and procedures are followed. In addition, each Program Finance Associate will ensure that accounting for Foundation funding sources and program activities are current and accurate; maintain award files, logs and databases. Moreover, each Program Finance Associate will provide assistance to program units on project related matters.
Experience: Analytical and quantitative work experience preferred. Excellent Excel skills required. Must have pro-active work style, be detail oriented and have strong interpersonal skills. Project accounting and budgeting and/or U.S. Government and international contract or grants experience highly desirable. International business experience is a plus. Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Preferred degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Math, Economics, Statistics, or Science.
