High-impact faith-based social services organization seeks its first full-time Development Director to support continued growth. This is a tremendous opportunity to promote innovative and life-changing programs in Atlanta's most economically challenged neighborhood. The position will oversee all aspects of fundraising including individuals, foundations, corporations, and government agencies. Work includes annual and capital giving, grant writing and reporting, and relationship-building with donors and other stakeholders. A deep personal commitment to helping homeless men, women and children achieve independence is essential. Excellent communications, organization, and collaboration skills are required. Five years or more experience in non-profit fundraising and at least a bachelor's degree are preferred. Familiarity with SalesForce is a plus.
