Case Manager

Full time position in a permanent housing program for veterans with chronic substance abuse or dual diagnosis.

Responsible for providing comprehensive counseling and case management to the Agency’s permanent housing residents. Holds regularly scheduled individual counseling sessions as well as groups/classes. Completes intake assessment and provides initial orientation for the residents.

Candidate must have a Master’s degree in Social Work or related field, have a minimum of three years work experience in a social services field and one year out of the three in substance abuse.

Experience working with veterans preferred. Candidate must be a veteran.
