Job Purpose:
The Found Animals Foundation seeks a seasoned Program Manager to oversee our new e-commerce program. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch a comprehensive e-commerce platform offering unique pet products and services to pet owners. This individual would work in conjunction with the Program Director to build, launch, and run the program.

Duties:
• Manage the financial success of the program by meeting sales, gross margin and inventory goals
• Partner with cross-department teams to determine product assortment and pricing models
• Negotiate contracts with vendors, suppliers, and payment service providers
• Purchase inventory, forecast sales, and analyze actual sales performance versus plan
• Reduce supply chain costs
• Develop and implement efficiencies in processes
• Develop affiliate marketing programs
• Coordinate all online transactions and marketing efforts
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with non-technical users, as well as with technical coworkers in identifying performance gaps and emerging opportunities

Skills/Qualifications:
• Ability to prioritize work and resources, keeping financials at the forefront of the decision process
• Experienced in CRM systems and loyalty platforms
• Highly motivated, results-oriented self-starter with excellent follow through skills
• Strong oral and written interpersonal and communications skills with demonstrated ability to interact constructively with a wide range of personalities
• Able to work under pressure to prioritize and manage workload, manage simultaneous tasks and meet deadlines within a fast paced and changing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word and Excel

Required Experience:
• Demonstrated experience in retail, web design, and/or e-commerce, preferably 2+ years
• Bachelor's degree in business, merchandising, operations, marketing or related field
