United Cerebral Palsy of Georgia is a nonprofit organization that provides community-based services that allow individuals with developmental disabilities to live fuller, more enriched lives.  UCP provides residential, day habilitation and in-home supports to more than 200 individuals with disabilities and their families across the State.  With locations in Atlanta, Macon, Savannah and Augusta, UCP is one of largest providers of services in the State.

 The Regional Director (South Metro Atlanta) will be responsible for overseeing the operations of UCP’s residential homes.  The Regional Director will provide leadership, guidance and management oversight to Home Managers in programmatic and operational areas.  The Regional Director will serve as a subject matter expert in the areas of best practices in supporting individuals with disabilities and Federal/State/Organizational policies and procedures. The successful candidate will be a visionary and practical leader who possesses a passion for serving others and can attract, recruit and support similarly-minded staff.

 Minimally qualified candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services, Psychology, Sociology, Social Work, Education, Nursing or a closely related field.  Additionally, previous supervisory experience is required.
