Director of Development

The Crystal Run Village Foundation seeks a highly skilled Director of Development to establish and lead a strategic, multi‐faceted fundraising program to support the new formed foundation and its desired growth.

Position Summary
The Director of Development is charged with creating a fundraising strategy for them Crystal Run Village Foundation, the supporting organization of the Crystal Run Village, and contributing to a full range of communications and development tactics, including donor outreach, social media marketing, fundraising, and board communication.

The Director of Development will lead the fundraising effort and play a key role in bridging the marketing, communications and development efforts of the newly formed foundation and the Crystal Run Village itself. The Director of Development will report directly to the Executive Director of Crystal Run Village.

Requirements
The ideal candidate is a self‐starter with demonstrated success in leading integrated (Traditional and digital) development campaigns for a nonprofit organization. Superior communications skills and enthusiasm for generating resources for the mission of the Crystal Run Village are a must. Bachelor's Degree a must. Travel is required.
