COMMUNITY SUPPORT SERVICE PROGRAM MANAGER

Catholic Charities Laboure Center located in South Boston seeks a full time Program Manager to join its team.

The Program Manager will oversee the community support service staff and share case management responsibilities for residents at Old Colony located in South Boston. This is a great opportunity to build relationships and engage in community outreach and support. Attend monthly coalition and provider meetings with community peers and other area non profit agency personnel.

A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field with a minimum of five years of case management and community organization is required. Supervisory experience is needed and bilingual Spanish/English ability is preferred. A driver’s license and vehicle is required for periodic local travel. This position is located within the Laboure Center and is accessible to the bus and the Red Line transportation service. Parking is available when needed.
