HBTB seeks a well-organized, experienced communications professional with a track record in creating content for and managing web, social media and print publications, to join our busy Communications Department.
The ideal candidate will possess: 1) the technical expertise needed to edit and manage websites and social networking, and learn new online communications software as needed, and 2) a strong writing, editing and project management background in print publications. Proficiency in various web and print software applications, such as Joomla, PowerPoint, Creative Suite, Outlook and MS Word or equivalent
The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Minimum 2-3 years of professional marketing or communications experience required.
English writing, journalism, public relations or a marketing background is helpful.
Non-profit experience is a plus!
This is a part-time (24 hr/week) position with flexible hours that requires you to be on-site in our Larkspur office to collaborate with awesome team members and colleagues on projects.
