POSITION SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director of Advancement, this position is responsible for a broad range of tasks related to the efficient operation and management of the Raiser’s Edge database, including data entry and updating of all donors, donations, and related information, preparing donor acknowledgement letters, and providing data in report form to staff. The Data Base Associatewill standardize and coordinate the entry of data and mining of information, as well as maintain database integrity, requiring high level knowledge of the Microsoft Windows Office Suite. This is a regular part-time non-exempt position based in the George Mark Children’s House in San Leandro, Ca.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
BA or BS degree or equivalent.
Three years Raiser’s Edge database experience.
