Oakland based international youth education non-profit needs an entrepreneurial development manager/director to build the overall fundraising strategy and process. A key role with enormous growth opportunity for the right go-getter to create, build, and manage the development function from corporate fundraising to managing grantwriters to hiring and managing international development staff. Ideal candidates have experience in corporate development/csr or fundraising for growing US based international education or community development non-profits. This role reports to the CEO directly, and requires excellent relationship building and sales skills. An interest in global education and Africa is a plus.
