Duties & Responsibilities: Under general supervision of the North DeKalb Site Director, candidate will directly supervise two PSR programs in DeKalb County. The programs are located in North DeKalb County off Clairmont Rd. and Central DeKalb County off Memorial Dr. Collectively, the Program Manager will supervise: 6-10 employees and the daily operations and contractual obligations of the program. In addition to these administrative duties, the Program Manager will be: required to assess client needs, develop Treatment Plans designed to enhance, meet, or restore client functioning, facilitate treatment team/staff meetings, provide individual and group counseling to clients and monitor, evaluate, document and maintain client records.
Minimum Training & Experience: Two (2) years Managerial experience in Social Services. Experience working in an outpatient day program is strongly preferred AND Two (2) years of full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience in social services delivery (case management, outreach, prevention/education, etc.). Incumbent must be computer efficient and have the ability to multi-task.
