Associate Director of Montcalm School

Starr Commonwealth is seeking an experienced professional to administer, direct, and organize an effective strength-based treatment program. Responsibilities would include supervision and direction to child-care workers along with hiring, evaluating, and assessing staff on an on-going basis. Other essential functions are to ensure that each program meets or exceeds all licensing and accreditation requirements, maintain population levels at or above budgeted levels and provide essential staff training necessary to maintain a safe and productive treatment environment. Master’s degree in relevant field and a minimum of three to five years of administrative experience. Autism experience preferred.
