Shoes That Fit, the nation’s largest nonprofit provider of new shoes for children in need, seeks a Development Director/Grant Writer (DD) for its development program. With the Executive Director and the Board, the DD is responsible for expanding and diversifying the donor base for Shoes That Fit while promoting its mission and programs. The DD works closely with the Executive Director to analyze and respond to the organization’s financial needs. Primary responsibilities include foundation proposals and reports, annual fundraising campaigns, donor cultivation and communication plans. Must be a team player and possess strong written and analytical skills. Salary: $60,000
