The Executive Assistant provides support to the Executive Vice President/Deputy Director through management of the daily operations of the Deputy Director’s Office. The nature of the position requires the exercise of independent judgment on complicated and difficult administrative matters and the addressing of delicate, sensitive, and confidential information for management in an expeditious and effective manner. Must have strong interpersonal skills to build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
Requires a Bachelor’s Degree and three years experience supporting a top-level executive; or a combination of education, training, and experience. Must have excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and PowerPoint. Strong written and oral communication skills and outstanding planning, and organizational follow-through skills.
Responsible for the maintaining the calendar, expense reports, travel and special projects. May require extended hours as needed.
