CAMPAIGN MANAGER
Team In Training® (TNT) is The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society's (LLS) most successful fundraising program nationwide. This year, the Greater SF Bay Area chapter’s TNT program will raise over $5 million to help cure blood-related cancers and provide patient and family support.
The position of TNT Campaign Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the specific Team In Training fundraising campaign, including, but not limited to:
• Fundraising - provide any fundraising support needed for the program and work to meet net campaign revenue goals. Manage volunteers to become great LLS stewards and successful fundraisers. Facilitate fundraising education sessions and clinics. Track team’s fundraising progress through course of campaign.
• Volunteer Development - Cultivate volunteer relationships, providing training and management for Team In Training mentors, captains and coaches. Identify and implement creative ways to leverage volunteers and alumni.
• Team Management - providing administrative support for volunteer participants. Provide management skills to mobilize people towards achieving the teams’ fundraising goals.
• Corporate Relationship Building - foster and seek local corporate connections and teams throughout the region for the entire TNT program.
The successful candidate will have the highest level of service excellence, leadership capabilities, accountability and superior stewardship. In addition, the ideal candidate must place high value on integrity, operate with a sense of urgency, be driven by self-motivation and a desire to be a part of an enthusiastic, hard working team.
Requirements:
Four-year College Degree
5 years professional experience
Personal or professional fundraising experience required
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Passionate and committed to the mission of LLS
Solid public speaking, presentation and written skills
Ability to be flexible and manage multiple priorities effectively
High degree of organization and attention to detail
Team player and strong leadership skills
Flexible workweek required (Involves some travel)
Skilled in Microsoft Office programs
