We are searching for an individual that demonstrates leadership ability in strategizing and coalition building, and effectiveness and experience in fundraising. Individual will be able to implement IM ABLE Foundation strategic plan, oversee fundraising goals, facilitate programs and direct staff. Good communication, writing and speaking skills are essential
Typical responsibilities and activities are as follows:
•Coordinate and direct local staff, assisting them in
fulfilling their objectives
•Implement and oversee fundraising plan.
•Oversee the planning and scheduling of organization programs
•Recruit and involve potential stakeholders, including donors,
businesses, foundations and volunteers
•Foster and maintain relationships with current stakeholders,
including donors, businesses, foundations and volunteers
•Work effectively with Board of Directors and committees to
carry out programs and events, per our annual plan.
•Monitor income and expenses to ensure that they remain inline
with operating budget
•Monitor new initiatives and proposals to ensure that they are
in line with mission and strategic plans
•Attend monthly board meetings and report on organization
activities
