Position Summary: This position serves as the support for the NJ Mediation Program as overall program support. The Program Support Coordinator is also responsible for assisting NJ Mediation Counseling Program. The Program Support Coordinator will be expected to maintain an expert knowledge of all agency programs & services in order to educate clients, and respond to client inquiries and request.
Qualifications:
• At least 1-2 years of previous administrative support experience. • Candidate must possess a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and type 45-60 WPM. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills preferred. • Exceptional organizational skills a must Ability to operate office equipment and the ability to lift and move boxes of up to 25 pounds. • High degree of creativity, motivation, confidence, & positivism • Ability to multi-task and problem solve, in high paced call center environment • Analytical ability, needs to read, understand and analyze reports

Essential Functions:
• To support CCCSDV mediation Program efforts to provide counseling in NJ. • Attend relevant staff meetings and provide feedback on progress to CCCSDV • Work closely with Housing Coordinator in keeping record of the number of people met, status and result of appointment under NJ Mediation. (DMS reports, NS, XC, CO, etc.,) • Provide follow-up with clients met by Community Resource Specialist: a. Gather additional documents requested by NJHMFA. b. Follow-up with client and document status. c. Copy and mail mediation packets in a timely fashion. d. Watermark documents and maintain records e. Prepare documents and/or files for mediation court. f. Document outcomes. g. Follow up with clients. h. Update clients records.
General Outreach: • Maintain optimum level of professionalism at all time. • Gain clients confidence and trust through excellent customer service practices. • Perform data entry • Adhere to departmental guidelines & standards. • Ensure client inquiries are answered completely. • Respond to client inquiries via mail, email, phones and fax. • Serve as support staff to counseling department. • Conduct client research. • Maintain an expert knowledge of all agency programs & services in order to educate clients • Maintain regular and predictable attendance. • Perform all other task deemed necessary by Supervisor
Travel Travel as needed within CCCS service footprint. Center City Office is primary location
